Jam packed full of nutrients and it can be added to endless recipes, lattes, waffles, oatmeal, banana bread, ice cream, smoothies, muffins...you get the idea right?! Bliss balls are another delicious treat you can use matcha powder with, making them a perfect nutrient-rich, on the go snack as well as a great alternative to those processed sweet treats, filled with refined sugars and other nasties!
We have the beautiful Andrea from @crepesandbows on this weeks edition of her recipe of the week showing us how to make these ridiculously easy, delicious matcha coconut bliss balls that you seriously wont be able to keep your hands off!
10 Dates (soaked)
Handful of Cashews (soaked)
1 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
2 tbsp Coconut Butter
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp Almond Milk
Blend in a high speed blender until well combined. Divide evenly and roll into balls, coats with raw cacao powder and dust with a little more matcha powder. Refrigerate and enjoy!
Note: If the mixture is too thick add more coconut butter, if too thin add more dates.
